Aeronaut Acton pub - they brew their own

The Aeronaut Acton pub is a five minute walk from Acton Town tube station and is the perfect place to go for a weekend brunch and so that's exactly what I did.

It's an intriguing place with an on-site brewery, a sideshow-themed garden, and a circus show every Friday night; this pub pulls out all the stops, and it's not surprising it won the Time Out's Love London Best Pub in Acton award.

Lotus - Indian fine dining in the heart of London

Last week LondonCityGirl was lucky enough to be invited to Lotus.

This new restaurant has opened up in the heart of central London on Charing Cross Road.

Head chef Bhaskar Banerjee has created a truly Indian fine dining experience; creating dishes inspired by traditional Indian cuisne and giving them a twist. We were treated to dishes including rabbit keema (mince), duck kebab and lobster.

Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter

Last Tuesday I was lucky enough to be invited to a preview of Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter where an exciting new section has been added, devoted to the Dark Arts.

Having never seen the Harry Potter exhibition before, I was blown away to be able to see the props and sets up close.

The tour is vast and it took over three hours to see everything.
